My approach to therapy is person-centered and eclectic. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Gestalt Therapy, I aim to provide a service that suits you and your therapeutic goals. I aim to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to allow you to explore and reflect on the struggles you are facing.
I am a Canadian who has lived in Australia, England and South Africa. My travels have taught me to appreciate and embrace diversity, culture and inclusivity. I live in Brighton with my husband, two daughters, Lola the cat, and Molly the dog.
